Meet the chef

Chef T

Owner of The Fix · Ohio's only NBA championship-winning chef

Chef T — Terry Bell — built his foundation in the kitchen long before professional arenas and championship seasons. As a kid, he stood beside his grandfather, learning that cooking wasn't just about recipes — it was about patience, pride, and doing things the right way.

Those early lessons shaped his respect for real ingredients and honest preparation. That passion eventually led him to Sullivan University in Kentucky, where he refined his craft, sharpened his technique, and committed fully to becoming a professional chef.

From there, his path carried him into elite team kitchens, where standards were relentless and details mattered. Cooking at the highest level demanded precision, discipline, and consistency — qualities that became second nature. When Chef T built The Fix, he combined that professional intensity with the heart he learned from his grandfather. The result is food made with purpose: real meals, thoughtfully prepared, rooted in tradition, and executed with elite-level care.
